The ROBONUKA is glad to anonce new version of the LRPToffLineDecoder. The new LRPToffLineDecoder can generate a geogrid file which can be used to form an image in GeoTIFF format. A software to convert Meteor-M2 images to GeoTIFF format kindly presented by enthusiasts from NTSOMZ. This software was created using the GDAL library and can be used by radio amateurs freely at their discretion.
Below is a mosaic of images obtained by August 21, 2014 in Moscow. The first picture presented the mosaic in program ERDAS Imagine, and the second is the same mosaic in programs ArcGIS Explorer (free).
Downloads this zip and unpack the 2015.3.20.15 folder to drive C. Then run ExampleOfHowToUse.bat. It automatically processes the sample file M2_LRPT_2014-8-21-9-36-6-778.s.hard. Geocoded TIF will be generate to c:\2015.3.20.15\data.

RoughStartTimeUTC is needed to determine the date of recording as a telemetry transmitted only time of the day without a date.
TleFileName specifies a file with a set of two-row telegrams with orbital data.

2. Geocoded TIF image can be put on the map by using the any GIS. For example ArcGIS Explorer.
